Services
I provide personalized online counseling integrating evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and the emerging Synthetic approach, which combines tools from various therapeutic schools.
My sessions are designed for those seeking meaningful support for anxiety, stress, emotional distress, and personal growth, offering flexibility and adaptation to each individual's unique needs.
Through a holistic, authentic, and continuously evolving methodology, I aim to help each client discover and strengthen their own path towards mental resilience and well-being.
About Me
I began my studies in Social Anthropology at Panteion University, where I developed a keen interest in the interplay of social, cultural, and psychological factors that shape human experience. My desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives led me to pursue and complete a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hellenic College (HAEC).
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, enriched by my training in the Synthetic approach, which combines the most effective tools from various therapeutic schools.
With years of experience in private practice and university counseling, I have learned to tailor each session to the unique needs and personal journey of each individual, creating a safe space for exploration and change.
I firmly believe in the power of authentic communication and empathy as pillars of effective therapy and inner transformation. My goal is to support you in building resilience, finding balance, and living a life of greater well-being and meaning.
