Together in the Search for Inner Strength
With passion and dedication to mental health, I support individuals in discovering their inner strength and building a life of meaning and balance. My approach combines evidence-based methods with authentic care, always tailored to the unique needs of each person.

My Mission and Background

My undergraduate studies in Social Anthropology at Panteion University provided me with a deep understanding of the cultural and social factors influencing mental health and human behavior. I then completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hellenic American College (HAEC), specializing in evidence-based therapeutic practices.

My dedication to preventing and addressing mental distress has led me to engage in clinical work that integrates methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I am also continuously expanding my professional skills through training in the Synthetic approach, which combines effective therapies to provide multifaceted and holistic support.

In my practice, I perceive each person as a whole—mind and body—and honor their unique personal journey. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clinical dialogue, empathy, and scientific knowledge come together to empower, facilitate change, and promote ongoing mental well-being.

I firmly believe therapy is a continuous process of learning and self-discovery. I cultivate a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship that helps each client evolve both during and beyond sessions.
Therapeutic Approaches
I utilize an integrative range of therapeutic modalities, tailored uniquely to each individual’s needs, fostering empowerment and sustainable mental health.

-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
As a structured, evidence-based approach, CBT helps clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. In sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical skills that improve emotional regulation, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, and enhance problem-solving abilities. This interactive process empowers clients to bring meaningful change into their daily lives.

-
Mindfulness Practices:
Mindfulness techniques are incorporated to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and non-judgmental acceptance of their experiences. Through guided mindfulness exercises and reflection, clients gain tools to manage stress, increase emotional balance, and build resilience. This approach supports greater psychological flexibility and enriches self-understanding.

-
Synthetic Approach:
This holistic and adaptive framework draws from multiple therapeutic schools and models to meet the dynamic and complex needs of each client. By blending diverse techniques and perspectives, I tailor therapy to the evolving goals and challenges my clients face, ensuring an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan. This approach addresses cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and existential dimensions of wellbeing.

Together, these approaches create a supportive environment that facilitates healing, growth, and lasting transformation. Clients are encouraged to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and live fuller, more balanced lives.
