That's why I combine tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and the Synthetic approach—adapting whatever can truly support you. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to work together so you can find your own direction.

 

Each session is tailored to your needs and pace. I believe in holistic care where mind, body, and spirit are connected—using whatever may truly be helpful, unrestricted to a single therapeutic school.

  • Sessions typically last 45-50 minutes

  • Fee: €50 per regular session

  • All sessions are conducted online for your convenience and safety

  • Flexible packages available (5-session package with discount)

  • Supplementary mindfulness/relaxation services available

Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 13:00 & 17:00 – 21:00
Saturday : Optional for sessions, by arrangement
